The Gig – What are we looking for?
· An experienced automotive professional who is creative, innovative, enthusiastic and is able to think outside of the box
· Previous experience providing training or a proven ability to teach our new and existing customers the various modules in our software
Previous history providing software support and top-notch customer

· You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
· You know when to escalate critical issues to management
· You enjoy travelling to various locations within North America (at least 1 -2 weeks per month)
· You have fantastic communication skills – both verbal and written
· Your analytical and organizational skills are out of this world
· You enjoy embracing variety, structure, change and innovation
· You have strong Incident Management & Problem Solving Skills
